Recent projects include the refurbishment of a 30,000 sq ft office pavilion into a veterinary hospital in Livingston which was leased to Veterinary Specialist Scotland Limited and 50,000 sq ft letting of the former Strand Lighting factory in Kirkcaldy to John Crabbie & Company for whisky maturation.
