10 new-build houses and 7 flats (and a Co-op Store).
This contract involved the renovation of a listed building in a conservation area. We worked closely with Historic Scotland and undertook a façade retention process, with the development of new flatted accommodation behind. Building materials had to be selected to be in keeping with the existing building and surrounding area.
