Description: After an archaeological investigation of this site, this listed building was renovated in keeping with the character of the original style, emphasising existing beams and columns. The stonework facades were retained on this a former Glenmorangie bonded warehouse, and the roof removed, extending the building upwards to form new penthouse flats. The conversion provided 44 residential units and 24 car parking spaces on the ground floor. |
