A Joint Venture project totalling around 542,000 sq ft of offices to date.

Offices were constructed for Teesland Management Services Ltd, Intelligent Finance and HBOS, as well as flexible office space to let.

We will soon be starting the next phase of development at Aquarius Court com[prising a total of 16 high quality office suites, within 2 new buildings.
