Description: Construction of 11 non-food retail outlets of approx 200,000 sq ft, 50,000 sq ft of car parking, together with forming a new access road and new traffic management. Extensive demolition was undertaken of the existing OKI building, and the re-use of materials created the correct levels for the site. A 10 week archaeological investigation was undertaken along the site of the Antonine Wall, thought to be an over-night Roman encampment. |
