The Design Build contract comprised a two storey timber frame facility with 55 car parking spaces and a facing brick external finish. There are 3 treatment rooms and 6 general consulting rooms with double waiting rooms. On the upper floor rooms included a Health Education Clinic, a District Nurse's room and a general meeting room.
