This development included a 27,000 sq ft food store and cafeteria, extensive parking and delivery areas, as well as a petrol filling station.
The facades were constructed of stone, and glass atriums were incorporated into the design.
Lime cement stabilisation was used on the site to achieve the correct ground conditions, and a detention basin was formed for the whole of the development site.
