This is a large scale joint venture with Angus Council to create a mixed use development. The site, adjacent to the A90, at the main gateway to Forfar, encompasses residential use, hotel and tourism, industrial and commercial, business and office space.

Early developments include new offices for Angus Council and the new state-of-the-art training centre for the Guide Dogs for the Blind.
