south Deeside road on the southern outskirts of Aberdeen, less than
2 miles from one of the major junctions of the new Aberdeen bypass.
The River Dee forms the northern boundary of the site.
The development proposals include residential, hotel and leisure
complex, equestrian centre, fishing and 18 hole championship golf
course.
